She has received a part-facial repaint, and set at her forehead a red heart gem. Painting has been given a quality sealed finish.
Her hair is styled in graceful waves, and is crowned with a circlet crown of gold and cream pearletts.
She wears rose earrings of which have been repainted and touched with glitter. Her necklace is of a gold tone chain and a red valentine gem pendant.
Her gorgeous medieval gown is of a red shimmery panne with a glitter sheer underlay. The sleeves and gown have been  trimmed with a metallic gold lace. At the  dress hem are many hand-set red  sequin hearts. Wrapped around her torso is a gold ribbon accented with a gold chain scallops at neck and around shoulders. In the front, a gorgeous rhinestone heart  centered with a larger heart gem is accented with a long cascade of pearls which hang down to the hem. On each side of this, are two scallops gathered and topped with a floral spray.
She holds a custom made, Valentine themed, staff which is decorated with gems, flowers and ribbon bows.
She also comes with matching shoes.
