I inherited these from my Uncle George, who was the sales manager of the Stratton-Baldwin company in New Orleans. They were major hardware and sporting goods wholesalers from 1822 ~1980.  gave these to me when I graduated from HS in 1970. Both are Sawyer Custom Woodworking Paddles / Fiberglass over Wood / T Handle for Canoes 51" Tall and the paddle width is 9". These have been well used and well cared for, they are not perfect and have the usual scuffs and imperfections that would accumulate over 50 years but the few blems they have are hardly noticeable nor do they compromise the integrity of the paddles.
