The coin is Ungraded. I would say it's Uncirculated.
But it has been handled and there are some very slight surface imperfections. (See Photos).
The protective acrylic plastic coin holder does have some scuff marks.
The back of the coin is Stamped with " 1 TROY OZ .999 FINE SILVER"
It is 1.5" in Diameter. Limited Edition. #0198.
