Nice old vintage welding goggles , made in the USA printed on them. Bakelite . There is a dark green lens in each side, and a second clear lens.  These are removable if needed, and you can put in your own custom color lens for decor. The black rubber strap is pretty shot, and you will likely need to replace it, as it is not very resilient.
