Vintage Steampunk Aviator Safety, Welding Goggles Norton Z87 USA Bakelite Frame

Description

Vintage Welding Goggles, made by Norton of Cranston, Rhode Island.   This is a pair of green-tinted protective goggles with 2 layers of glass lenses: green and clear.  The green, outer layer shows weld/ burn dings.  The clear layer is perfect.  The screw-on frames and shields are in great condition.  Vented metal shield sides are stamped "Norton, Z87, Cran. R.I., USA".

2.25" diameter goggle, 5.5" goggles and nose strap width.  2.25" deep shields.
Condition
:  Very Good.  Intact goggles, nose strap, elastic head strap and Bakelite lens frames.  Green smoke lenses show sandblast or welding flaws/dings.  Clear glass layer is perfect.
