    Description

WE WILL MAIL ANY WHERE IN THE WORLD
    .
I always try to reduce shipping for multiple purchases. Multiple lots receive a 50% discount on shipping & handling beginning with the 2nd lot. Example " 1st lot .00, 2nd lot .50, etc".
Shipping and handling fees, including postage for this lot are:  U.S. - .00, Canada and the  rest of the world - .00
.     If anyone would like an individual item description or scan, please contact me.   To the best of my knowledge, all stamps are genuine.
A note on invoicing. I invoice after all auction lots ending that day are done.  If you are bidding on other lots,  please let me know before the auctions close so that I can combine lots for invoicing purposes.
I appreciate prompt payment.  If you cannot pay within three days of the close of the auction, please let me know in advance.  At five days I start sending reminder notices.  After seven days I contact E'Bay.
A note on shipping.  When I receive your payment, I'll let you know when your lot(s) will be shipped  (today, tomorrow or Monday).   Check the date on the cancellation on your shipment.  Unless you supply an address correction, I use the address supplied by E'Bay or PAYPAL, so make sure it is correct.  Once I put an item in the mail, I have absolutely no control over it, or how long it takes to get to you.
I mail First Class USPS, in a #10 or larger envelope, which automatically goes by air mail overseas.
A note on condition.  On lots with six or more stamps, if I say "all are sound", that mean that I have checked all the stamps and not found any faults.  If I say "one or two may have faults", that means I have checked several, but not all, and have not found faults.  If I say "a few may have faults", that means that I have checked several, but not all, and have found at least one stamp that had a fault, but most that I checked were sound. On single stamps, older issues, they may have very minor faults, which is common for that period, unless they are specified as Excellent condition.
I have collected stamps for over 60 years and they, along with my other hobbies, have overrun the house.  It is time to downsize.  In the coming
years I will be selectively selling off my duplicates.   I collected the world, first in an Old Globus Album, then a Scott's International I, specializing in Pre 1940.  Now it is Scott's and Minkus speciality albums for this time period.  Duplicates went in to stock books by country and catalog number.  Over the years, some of these stockbooks have gotten quite full, with better material.
I have been an APS member since 1981.
