We ship through UPS Standard/Ground or USPS Priority/Express Mail exclusively for fast and reliable shipping. We even provide free shipping for most orders.

Orders received before 3pm PST are shipped the SAME Day. Please note UPS Standard/Gound does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. USPS will not deliver on national holidays and on Sundays.

All packages are routinely delievered within 3-7 business days, but this information is based on the estimation provided by UPS & USPS. For guaranteed delivery time, we cannot guarantee UPS/USPS delivery times as the delivery time we receive from UPS and USPS are approximations. Once the package leaves our warehouse and has been scanned into the UPS/USPS tracking system, we will do all we can to ensure that it arrives without unnecessary delay.

Please contact product tech support center if your non-security system item have a problem and it is under warranty.
