DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Damage Return Policy:

We strongly encourage you to inspect your item when you receive it. If you receive an item that is DOA or Damaged, you MUST report it to us within 3 days of the delivery date as noted by the shipping company's tracking records. Any item reported DOA or Damaged after 3 days will NOT be eligible for refund and/or exchange. A full refund will not be granted if the item is not return in the original box with all items included. If items are missing, only a partial refund will be granted.
