A main/known issue with all of the DMH-1770NEX models is the "white screen of death" - which is the white screen with rainbow lines that makes the unit useless since it completely freezes. However,
this unit was fixed by Pioneer and the mother unit was replaced to get rid of this problem. No need to worry about the white screen of death coming.
