There is an oval indexed section to help optimize your paddle grip, which promotes proper technique that decreases wrist fatigue. Plus you'll keep your hands dry thanks to our drip rings. This paddle is ideal for recreational paddlers between 5'0" and 6'0" in kayaks between 28" and 32" wide
