My newest creation is my adorable "Marilyn Monroe as a  Hipster" Barbie! Marilyn was formally a "Blonde Ambition Barbie as Marilyn Monroe 50th Anniversary" doll.
Her original face paint was removed and redone, using artist grade acrylic paints and sealers. She now has alluring, deep sky blue eyes with feathered mascara, classic powered blue eyeshadow, and shimmery scarlet lipstick! (Of course, she has her signature beauty mark as well..)
Marilyn will arrive wearing a cute mesh crop top, a retro-style jacket with a skull decal, cut-off jean shorts and a pair of fashionable red pumps. I also gave her a vintage polka-dot headband, hand-painted "plug" earrings and a pair of eyeglasses to complete her "hipster" style!
Marilyn was created with love and care in my smoke-free home studio. She's  perfect for Marilyn Monroe fans and admirers, and I'm certain she will make a wonderful addition to your collection. (As well as a great gift)- not to mention a suitable companion for your other dolls!
