NOS 1980s Old Town Vintage Canoe Paddle - One Time Adjustable - 50"- 63" x 8"
From 1980s dealer overstock
It was designed for the upper portion of the shaft to be cut to desired length down until the darker portion of the shaft is reached (see pics).  Length could range from 50" - 63".
Handle is loose and never glued.  So keep in mind you will have to glue the handle on.
In really nice shape with minimal wear from storage - a few minor abrasions here/there
