Hornet Watersports is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with the International Breast Cancer Paddlers’ Commission (IBCPC).
Hornet Watersports, one of the leading suppliers of dragon boat equipment, has developed a product line in partnership with the IBCPC. A portion of the sales proceeds of all Hornet IBCPC branded products will go towards helping IBCPC’s mandate to encourage the establishment of breast cancer dragon boat teams worldwide, within the framework of participation and inclusiveness. IBCPC supports the development of recreational dragon boat paddling as a contribution to a healthy lifestyle for those diagnosed with breast cancer.
To kick off the product line, we are proud to launch the IBCPC Hornet Paddle.
ABOUT THE PADDLE
This carbon fiber paddle is made by Hornet Watersports. It is the new Hornet STING model (IDBF license #3523).  The front side and the backside of this paddle have a different IBCPC design. The edges are reinforced with fiberglass for strength and the paddle comes with a 1-year warranty.  The paddle comes in two versions, fixed or adjustable.

There’s more to our paddle blades than good looks! The inner core is made of PMI foam, adding serious strength. Meanwhile, the outer material is carbon fiber, known for its lightweight yet impressively strong properties. As if that wasn’t enough, we’ve also reinforced the blade’s edge with super-strong solid fiberglass.
