This item is not support all the monitors, your monitor must compatible the item.
If dvr can open but your monitor can not show image, please know first to change VGA or HDMI Cable,then change one
new monitor to check again. Old monitor and some of the TV can not work will be normal.
(if the monitor is black not show"no single", means you must change another monitor to check.
We will not accept any dispute for the monitor.
If the item can not work, you have obligation to send it back to our warehouse or china to us to test.
If we tested it real have problem, we will pay all the cost(After confirm then to pay).Or send you one new parts to change
at the first time.
About the HDD:
The security DVR must work with the security HDD, if you use the PC HDD, most will be not work.
Your HDD must be brand new, we will not accept any dispute based on the old HDD.
Seagate,TOSHIBA,WD all have security HDD, normal we recommend the WD purple HDD.
If get other compatibility issues, we will not note again, if you have use other sellers items contact with our item, please ask us and confirm first, then order.
About the item case and inside.

Password setting
Now the dvr security seting is not the same as before,please set one password for yourself when you use it.
If you forget the password,please see the photo red label, press this "?" button and send me the security code,we will send you the second password to use.

This is the H.265+ NVR,Normally will save around 65% RAM than H.264
The Encode menu require you contact the matched IP camera then can be visit.If you not contact any camera, when you choose this menu, it will show as below, if you contact the ip camera, the information of the camera will show in this menu.
Support three kinds of mode option
Defult is in 25CH 5MP mode,if you need 32ch 1080p,you can choose second mode, if you need 8ch 4k, you can choose third mode.
Support 3G Wifi
If you want to know which 3G and Wifi model can support, please ask the seller first.
When you want to use the 3G,Wifi you need do as below (or it will not work):
Step1: take off the power---Step2:contact the 3G or Wifi adapter---Step3:Contact the DVR power
Version information
The version information include the "system" and Serial ID, if you need the newest firmware,you can send this image to us,or send this system V4.03.R11.C6380197xxxxxxxxx to us.

IP H.265: Our item is the XM NVR H.265, it will only support the XM H.265 camera, if you use other brand item H.265, it will not match with our NVR.
We are selling the XM orgional dvr board, if you use other brand camera, the motion detection maybe can not work, we will not accept any dispute based on the other camera.
if you use Dahua or Hik brand camera, we will not promise they can work.
if you use other wifi single camera with tf card, we will not promise promise they can work.
