This year, Barbie has been transformed into this fanciful fairy of the rose gardens. Each Barbie has a pair of wings made out of "silk" rose petals that are the color of her month's gemstone. The wings have been given hand-painted touches to add depth and dimension. She is wearing a two-piece forest green midriff-bearing dress that has jagged points to resemble the leaves found on rose stems. The dress also has hand-painted darker green highlights, as well as a belt of pale olive velvety swirls, with an accent swirl on her top. Around her arm is another velvety swirl. Her makeover includes my realistic eyelashes over deep eyes. Her hair has been made two-tone, the blonde having been mixed in with the color of her gemstone (more color than blonde), then it has been given wispy layers and styled as you see. On her ears are colored fairy-tipped points. As per my birthstone doll tradition, she is wearing a necklace made of liquid sterling silver plated beads with a bead (this time a faceted glass bead) that is the color of her birthstone. On her hand is a matching silver ring. Lastly, on her feet are lace-up sandals in the color of her birthstone with forest green soles. {Please know that I am a better OOAK doll maker than photographer and she looks much better in person.} She would make a wonderful gift for yourself or the February Fairy collector in your life!

I am not affiliated with Mattel. I transform "rescued/used" Barbies (Kens, etc.) into my own one-of-a-kind (OOAK) creations. The dolls are "used," but I make them into new creations, which is why they are given the "new" label selection. This doll comes to you as shown-items on doll are not removable (except where noted),but doll remains fully posable. Made in a non-smoking home. The doll is shipped in a gift box with tissue and a display certificate.
