A great looking vintage
CANADIAN AIRLINES
flight menu.  The menu’s cover has a scene of sheep in the fields in New Zealand New Zealand.  This art work is by Andris Leimanis.
The class of the flight is not indicated but with menu items such as Caviar, Smoked Salmon, Sushi and Veal Medallions with creamed leek sauce, it is assumed that this is a First Class menu. There is no indication as to the flight's origin and destination but there is an insert inside the menu that is in an Asian language.  Also in the regular menu section there is the meal option: “Japanese meal - Makunouchi”.
The menu is believed to be circa 1989.  The code “33-34-611-264  6/89” is at the bottom of one of the menu pages and the code “CT850” is at the bottom of the back cover.
The menu cover measures 9” x 12” and is in VERY GOOD+ condition.
