Barbie OOAK Repainted Custom Artist Doll. Face and hair are styled similar to talking Barbie.  Hair is rerooted and restyled. Body has molded underpants, Markings on back read 1999 Matel. Made in China. Doll is dressed in white bandage style dress that is not removable. Comes with white high heels and silver jewelry as displayed. Stand not included. Condition is New. Doll was just displayed in a cabinet in my smoke free home.  I do not know who the artist is.  Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Sales taxes will be charged if applicable
