I used this card for four or five years without any problems; about five years ago I switched to a more modern system. I used it with Windows XP and an old fashioned CRT monitor, which is what it was designed for. I don't know how compatible it would be with more modern equipment but if you have some old cameras and computer equipment lying around it could be the basis of an inexpensive surveillance system. It can use up to four cameras. The CD has the software and user manual. .00 for priority mail.
