    Description

    A cool bit of Aviation and Airline Memorabilia and history.  An AIR AFRIQUE plastic letter/envelope opener that is adorned with an African woman in head-wrap.  Opener is stamped, "  AIR AFRIQUE, Les jets du soleil (the jets of the sun)."  It measures ~8" long.
    Air Afrique was a Pan-African airline that was owned primarily by West African countries because many of these countries did not have the capability to create and maintain a national airline, c. 1961-2002.
    Opener is in top-notch condition with NO cracks or chips.  Shows a little discoloration in spots.
