    Fitment - Warnings :
Do not buy a chain by saw model and bar length - we have removed the applications from our listings to stop guessing - buy a chain by the pitch, gauge and drive link count and they will always fit.
Often single models of saw came with many different bar setups from factory or dealer so the model doesn't give you the chain size.
Chains to fit 20" bars come in many configurations - ALWAYS use PITCH, GAUGE and DRIVE LINK count to match a chain.  20" bar is not enough information to buy a chain !
** CHECK YOUR SAW AND CHAIN SPECS BEFORE YOU BUY !!!
Pitch = distance between repeating link patterns (every 3 rivets ) divided by 2.   3/8 Pitch will be .375
    "
Gauge = thickness of drive links or grove in the bar,  .050 " for this chain    ( Others can be .058 or .063 )
Drive Link Count =  number of drive links on the chain, these are the teeth that slide in the groove of the bar and are used by engine sprocket to turn the chain, always count these on a chain that fits the saw properly.
Often all this information is stamped on the bar of the saw, you may need to remove the sprocket cover to read information.  Depending on make model and brands the bar may have a part number that can be decode to get the pitch, gauge and drive link counts.
